This is an all-category gift show with special spotlights on key product sectors, including Gifts & Collectibles, Makers’ Market, Northwest Direction, Personal Style and Treasures To Go (Cash & Carry). You come to market to see what’s new and fresh, along with that proven best-seller your customers love. From best-selling brands to up-and-coming artists the Seattle Gift Show is THE place to find products that promise to differentiate your store from the rest. How can I book my hotel?

Be sure to use the official housing company for the Seattle Gift Show , Connections Housing, to secure the lowest rates.

BUYER BEWARE!  Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for the Seattle Gift Show. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may be contacting you advertising cheaper rates and may imply or claim an affiliation with the show or Urban Expositions. Unfortunately, some past attendees and exhibitors have fallen prey to these companies and they have either: lost significant deposits, been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed. So be sure to book your room through Connections Housing!

Is there parking at the event and how much is it?

Yes, there is parking at the Washington State Convention Center

*Be sure to present your ExpressPass registration at the parking rebate desk on the show floor, along with your parking receipt, buyer badge and photo ID for a $5 parking reimbursement. 

What is the best airport to fly into?
Can I rent a scooter/wheel chair?

There are a limited number of scooters available for use at the Washington State Convention Center. Contact Lisa Meyer at 800.318.2238, ext 0346 to inquire about availability and to reserve.

How can I receive a directory?

What are the qualifications to attend ?

The Seattle Gift Show is open to the trade only. 

New /first-time attendees should be prepared to present the following along with your ExpressPass™ to gain admission to the show: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include copy of business license, sales tax id number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead or other printed collateral with company name. (Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID is required for each additional employee.)

To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years and strollers are strongly discouraged.

The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor.

Are children allowed?

What is the pre-registration deadline?

You are encouraged to pre-register early so you can receive updates and important news about the show.  Pre-registration is open up to and during the show dates. 

What is the cost to attend?

The Seattle Gift Show is open to the trade only. Admission is free to qualified retailers -- AND each store can bring one guest for no additional charge. Additional guests over the first one are $20 each and must be accompanied by a registered buyer.

Do you mail the badges?

We do not mail badges. But when you pre-register online, you’ll receive your ExpressPass via email. Simply bring it to the show, scan it with our onsite readers and print out your badge quickly and easily!
